Demo Days and Virtual Summit events will have 3 sponsors categories with the following benefits:

All sponsor companies will have their own branded virtual booth for further promotion and to host pre-scheduled virtual meetings.

The Insight Platforms team will setup a basic booth for each company with a logo, banner, social links, short and long company description.

A booth owner will be assigned to your booth. The booth owner will automatically receive a confirmation email notifying them.

Booth admins should:

• Review this guide, which explains how you can:
  • **edit your company profile** if needed
  • upload **booth materials** (2 videos, 5 files)
  • add booth members (1 booth owner + 3 booth members)
  • **set your availability for meetings - the calendar will appear in your local time zone**
  • Use the ‘Booth Rehearsal’ feature to view and edit your meeting space

Please add your booth team and set their availability as soon as possible.

Other points to note.

• Attendees can request meetings as soon as they register, via your booth.
  • Pre-scheduled meetings will only be bookable during the event and the week following; but we will encourage attendees to pre-book meetings in all our promotions and reminder email ahead of the event.
• Meetings are one-to-one only (no group meetings).
• You're in control: set availability for times that work for your team members.
• Booth admins can download lead details for meetings and booth enquiries directly.
• Inquiries can also be managed in the booth or exported.
